We announced last month that we had two methods for wholesalers and manufacturers to update their YearBook listing details: a PDF form and an online form. We have recently discovered that we have not received any online form submissions for anyone who used our online ‘Update Your Listing’ form between Friday 26th February and Tuesday 16th March.
Due to a bug in the coding, we have not received these forms and we cannot automatically recover the entries of up to 34 users who have submitted their changes via this form.
We have identified some of these users through the back end data collection in the system and contacted them directly, but we can’t identify all of them. We know you are all very busy and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause you, however, our only option is to ask you to please re-submit your updates with our new re-tested online form. We have upgraded our plugin to a new, more reliable program with backup entry logs, and are confident that this time it will be successfully received.

Everyone whose details we have received would have an email from us confirming the receipt of your updated listing. If you haven’t received this confirmation email, it would be prudent for you to check your spam folder, then follow us up directly.
