22 July 2025

Welcome to this special Latz Report newsletter which contains just a single, very detailed article on this year's Eurobike show along with photographs of over 40 of what I considered to be the most significant and interesting new products at this huge annual show.

Unless anything changes, this will be the second and final newsletter you receive from me for 2025.

Hopefully I'll be back next year with two more newsletters: from Taipei Cycle and Eurobike in 2026.

Meanwhile, we may send you an occasional email from our sponsors, but only if they're directly relevant to bicycle dealers and even then, limited to a maximum of a few per year.
Finally, by the time you read this you should have received your print copy of the 2025 Latz Report Yearbook in the mail. If not, please contact us and we'll send you a copy free of charge. The online flipbook version has been live since Friday 13th June and you can access it here. Why not bookmark it in your favourites?

Thanks to all of our loyal industry partners who once again supported the 2025 Latz Report Yearbook which I know that many dealers still consider a highly valuable resource that they use regularly.

Although I'm no longer publishing regular Latz Report newsletters for the bicycle trade, I'm still planning to produce The Latz Report Yearbook every year and I'm still attending major events, with the next being the first annual Sea Otter Australia in October. I'll also be at the Tour Down Under in January, so please say Hello! if you see me at either event.

Meanwhile I'm also co-hosting a monthly podcast which focuses upon bicycle advocacy called The Squeaky Wheel Podcast. If you're interested in this topic, please visit our website or subscribe directly via your favourite podcast platform - it's free!
Until next time, I hope your business prospers!

Best regards
Phil Latz

But early figures from the first quarter of 2025 are showing a strong recovery and there was a sense of optimism at this year’s Eurobike show. For a combination of reasons, that probably included last …
