Lug & Carrie started in Melbourne in January 2020, expanded to Sydney, and are currently planning on bringing the Lug & Carrie experience of exceptional customer service and amazing eBikes to Brisbane in Spring 2022. We’re therefore looking for someone who would thrive with the opportunity to help build our Brisbane location, and in turn build a new community of Lug & Carrie enthusiasts.

A bike mechanic role at Lug & Carrie is not your typical mechanic gig! In this role you will be responsible for:

• Building our new bike workshop and leading its ongoing management, including spare parts inventories and equipment
• Leading the bike servicing program for our Brisbane customer base
• Delivering eBikes to new customers
• Mobile bike servicing and customer support across Brisbane
• Contributing to operational and product development projects

We’d love to hear from you if you are a highly motivated and organised mechanic, who has:

• a minimum of two years bicycle mechanic experience (working with eBikes being highly desirable)
• experience working in retail or customer service roles
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• the ability to manage and organise work in a systematic and timely manner, including great attention to detail
• you hold a current full QLD drivers licence
