About Cyclepath

Cyclepath is a bike and accessories shop, offering bike rentals, servicing and repairs in the heart of the Alpine Shire, North East Victoria. We’re a reliable, friendly source of information on all things bikes, and all things Bright. We’re a meeting point for social rides, and a central part of the vibrant Bright community.

Role and Responsibility

• Maintaining and replenishing items for sale in the store
• Ensuring store is professionally maintained – kept clean and tidy
• Assisting customers in a professional, informative and efficient manner
• Managing the purchase of goods for sale in an efficient manner
• Utilise skills and knowledge to diagnose problems with a range of bicycles
• Work autonomously with limited management input
• Process payments from customers and take bookings where required
• Quote for the repairs and servicing they require
• Complete a range of servicing and repair functions in an efficient manner

Essential Skills and Qualifications 

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills, a Can-Do attitude, and team player mentality
• Previous experience in Bicycle repair
• Attention to detail and an engaging personality
• An interest in riding and the bicycle industry

Desirable 

• At least 3 years continuous service in a similar role 
• An interest in riding and the bicycle industry is desirable
• Proficient knowledge in electronic generation products and eBikes
