E-Comm / Marketing Wizard Needed

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce applicant to manage our B2B/B2C ecommerce platform, you must be able to execute collaborative brand/trade partner marketing strategies and develop improvements for future proofing our brands and systems in a competitive and dynamic industry.

You will need to show a proven track record of developing and executing impactful marketing programs, management of B2B/B2C ecommerce platforms plus multi-channel sales streams and of course great time management skills.

With over 20 years of distribution knowledge and sales experience, we have a long standing and highly regarded position in the cycling industry with exciting growth opportunities for the future.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the e-Commerce (B2B/B2C) stores, content of online systems which will include some data loading, proofing, cleansing and quality checks
• Management of marketing material for EDM’s, social media, product flyers and trade partners – ownership of our online presence
• Understand and manage sales channel strategies and distribution requirements
• Marketing plans which will include launches and embargoed products
• Brand and product information being in-line with guidelines
• Management of product loading and activation

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• You will be a good communicator, written and verbal with the ability to communicate your ideas and build on others
• Have a solution-focused attitude
• Great problem solver with strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Online and e-commerce experience preferably with MYOB EXO & Shopify
• Good data entry, interrogation and analysis skills
• Basic coding skills would be great, but not necessary
• Helpful and proactive customer service abilities
• Solid level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work across different marketing and social platforms
• Experience in Adobe Suite products
• Some photography and video creations maybe required
• Experience in online and/or retail environment is desirable but not essential
• Event planning and management would be beneficial
• An interest in cycling would be beneficial
