We provide quality bikes to suit all levels and experience, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and workshop consistency.
THE ROLE
We are searching for a full-time Sales Assistant, experienced with retail skills and excellent customer service. The ideal applicant will be friendly and committed with a passion for cycling, naturally. Working under our Store Manager, they will be relied upon to keep the front of house running smoothly, while assisting in the workshop when required. Essentially, this is a dual-role position which will require flexibility and the ability to learn quickly. The role requires in depth product and technical knowledge so previous retail experience / bicycle knowledge is advantageous.
- Maintaining the stores high level of customer service
- Book in services
- Generate and process shop floor sales
- Pre dispatch inspections on sold bikes
- Assembling and building bicycles
- Answering the phone and dealing with customer enquires
- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop and store
- Assist with the day to day running of the store.
