Senior Sales Assistant – Mackay Cycles
Mackay Cycles is a family run business, based in Paget Mackay, which was first established in May 2013 by Kyle and Tracey Marwood.
We stock all the leading brands of Road, Mountain and BMX bikes as well as a range of accessories for the outdoor adventurer.
We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Senior Sales person to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Customer service – face to face, answering phones, responding to emails, quoting, purchasing, ordering, follow ups etc.
- Service Bookings, claims/warranties
- Stock Control
- Office Cleanliness
The ideal candidate will be energetic, punctual, self-motivated and feel confident speaking and dealing with customers.
Experience in retail/customer service and excel will be highly advantageous.
Bicycle industry knowledge is not essential, however the ideal candidate will have a desire to learn, and a passion for riding.
This is a full-time position: 38 hrs per week – Tuesday to Saturday.
