Store Manager – Atherton QLD

Business Profile

• The business has been in operation 14 years.
• It’s a 2 person operation with external administrative assistance.
• The position is on the Atherton Tablelands QLD with the bike park at the back door of the business.
• Cairns and its international airport is 1:15hrs away.
• The shops current range is predominately Mountain, Family and some Gravel
• Due to unfortunate circumstance the current manager must finish by August.

 Your role:

• Being the face of the business
• Merchandising and presentation of the store
• Driving sales and service targets
• Ordering and replenishing stock
• Servicing, repairing and building bikes when required

Required Experience:

• Retail sales experience.
• The ability to close a sale.
• The ability to make a customer feel welcome and valued.
• A passion for bikes and cycling.
• A solid bike product and technical knowledge

Job Type and Category

• Full time
• Some Saturday work may be required,
