Position Overview:
We are seeking a Finance All Rounder who not only brings a strong background in finance management and expertise in Pronto ERP but also shares our enthusiasm for cycling. If you’re a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about the bike industry, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance management, payroll, and accounts processing, with the ability to work with others and collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Management:

• Oversee cash flow, debtors, creditors, budgeting, and bank lending requirements.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for shareholder and statutory purposes.
• Lead the finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Lodge BAS & PAYG with the ATO.
• Prepare budgets and conduct monthly reconciliations.
• Ensure the integrity of the Pronto ERP system.
• Manage Payroll and quarterly superannuation payments.

Accounts Payable:

• Manage business cash flow statements with support from the CEO.
• Oversee processing of all accounts payable (domestic and international).
• Ensure bank account reconciliation and payment processing through business banking facilities.

Accounts Receivable:

• Oversee accounts receivable and manage collections in collaboration with account managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in finance management, payroll, and accounts processing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Pronto accounting software is highly desired.
• Knowledge of bicycle industry or passion for bike riding will contribute to a successful application.
