Customer Service Representative – Bikesportz Imports
BikeSportz Imports Pty. Ltd. is an iconic ‘A’ brand parts and accessories supplier to the Australian bicycle retailer network. Our diverse, family owned bicycle wholesale business is seeking a sales consultant for an exciting career opportunity based at our head office in Braeside, Victoria.
Perfectly suited for sales people with a passion for cycling, this is a full-time position with career development potential as a regional sales representative or brand manager. BikeSportz will provide the successful candidate with full training in the company’s marketing and sales policies, helping unlock the excellent relationship with our dealer network that is the cornerstone of the company’s success.
The successful candidate’s range of duties will include:
- Handling inbound customer service enquiries from bike shops and everyday customers alike.
- Handling and processing orders made through the Bikesportz Imports B2B website.
- Maintaining open and effective communication with Bikesportz Imports brand managers, interstate sales representatives, local bike shop staff, and everyday customers.
- Generating sales via outbound phone calls with enthusiasm and a deep knowledge of the Bikesportz product range.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualities and skills:
- Prior sales experience in the consumer goods marketplace, preferably within the cycling industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong ability to manage workload and prioritise competing tasks while delivering to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of bicycles and the cycling industry will be highly regarded, but is by no means essential.
- Exceptional communication skills and an impeccable phone manner.
