Customer newsletters are hard work! Many business owners start writing newsletters with the best of intentions, but they peter out after a few months due to the sheer amount of time and thought they require.

In this video, I share with you some keys to successfully building your mailing list and regularly sending out effective newsletters.

I take a pragmatic approach. Whereas some spruikers will urge you to send weekly or even more frequent newsletters, I think that in the real world, this can lead to fatigue, both on the part of the writer and the reader.

I’ll also give you advice on what content to include and how to measure your success.
