Hopefully Third Time Lucky for Handmade Bicycle Show Australia
The popular annual Handmade Bicycle Show Australia will hopefully be held from 7th to 9th May 2021 at Seaworks, Williamstown, Victoria.
The show was originally scheduled to return to its previous venue at the historic Melbourne Meat Markets in North Melbourne, but when the initial COVID-19 wave caused its postponement, a date clash required it to move to Seaworks for a later 2020 date.
Of course, then Melbourne had its larger second virus wave and all large events were banned.
Now the show has rescheduled in this larger venue which is part of a historic maritime precinct not far from the city centre of Melbourne.
There will be a limited ticket opening night with complimentary drinks at the door from 5pm to 10pm on Friday 7th May followed by two full days on the weekend.
Organisers are hoping for over 30 frame makers and builders to exhibit along with 25 componentry, parts, accessories and apparel brands. As of late January the floorplan already appeared to be close to 90% booked.
