Custom Wheels Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate mechanic who loves riding MTB and helping riders customise and personalise their bike.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Help riders choose the perfect rim, hub & spoke combination to suit their ride style and upgrade their bike.
• Handbuild premium wheels using the best brands. We carry DT Swiss, Industry Nine, Hope, Stans and We Are One
• Ensure all wheels are built well and meet all QC requirements.
• Complete wheel builds in accordance with the build schedule.
• Promote custom wheelsets at Events and on Social Media.
• Manage relationships with wheel brands and keep on top of stock orders.
• Keep on top of industry trends and recommend new brands to be added to the range.

Qualifications & experience

• Experienced Bike Mechanic with prior wheel-building experience
• Passionate MTB rider who understands how different hub & rim combinations will affect the ride characteristics.
• Fantastic attention to detail to ensure wheels are built and shipped as ordered
