We are looking for an Internal Sales Leader who is vibrant and energetic, wanting to join & work with our premium bicycle and component brands in Warriewood, NSW on a permanent basis.
- Phone sales, customer service and general sales duties
- Report to the Managing Director as well as work collaboratively with other staff to work across the business to ensure sales targets and deliveries are met.
- Be responsible for delivering sales support across multiple accounts.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with relevant accounts and align brand strategies with the business direction.
- Some Interstate and regional travel may be required.
Ideally to be successful in this role you will have:
- Time management and organisational skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a wholesale and/or retail sales role.
- Good technical background in bikes.
- Understanding of sports/bicycle industries.
- Strong negotiations & interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude.
- Be highly proactive & take action to achieve goals beyond expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
