About the Role:

You will be joining a team of passionate professionals who strive to get the best results for the business. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for service, warranty and repair of suspension components including, Forks, Rear shocks, Seat posts as well as providing custom tuning and technical support.

On the job training of suspension service procedures and techniques which apply to future
opportunities within the cycling industry will be provided through completion of your role.

We are looking for a long-term experienced mechanic. Previous experience working on suspension is preferred but not essential however must be a quick learner and is actively involved in the mountain biking industry.

Knowledge of Office applications (Word & Excel) is a must, experience with spare parts and accessories management and sales is also preferred.

• Ability to service equipment to deadlines and customer demand;
• Technical skills and experience in a hands-on tools based role;
• Ability to record and report all service related issues with strong attention to detail.
