Italian cycling garment manufacturer Castelli has spent almost a century and a half at the head of the pack – as one of the industry’s most influential innovators and as the garment of choice for athletic royalty.

Fine tailor Vittore Gianni founded the company in Milan in 1876 and created garments for soccer clubs AC Milan and Juventus, as well as the Milan Ballet.

All of Castelli’s fabrics are printed in-house, 40 years after the company pioneered the sublimation dye process so graphics could be printed directly onto fabric.

Its Italian headquarters continues to use industry-leading equipment and high-quality colours to print the garments, which it also assembles in Europe.

Custom road, gravel and triathlon garments are available, in adults and kids sizes, including a large selection of winter kit options.

Minimum order quantities of 10 are required for most items, with price benefits for larger quantities and an eight-week lead time.
