Austrian motorcycle giant Pierer Industrie AG has acquired a majority stake in high-quality componentry manufacturer Syntace.
The takeover includes Syntace’s MTB branch, Liteville.

No details were given about the purchase price.
According to a report on the Bike Europe website, Pierer Industrie AG sees Liteville as “an addition to Funbike GmbH”, which was acquired last year.
