Thule has built one of the biggest product portfolios for active parents to enjoy life and take their kids along for the ride.

From running strollers to hiking baby carriers, to bike child seats and bike trailers, Thule’s range is continuing to evolve and has been expanded by the new the Thule Courier trailer and Thule Yepp Nexxt child seats.

The Swedish company has created, and continues to develop, its large portfolio through both acquisitions and product development focusing on four key pillars: quality, safety, design and easy use.

“All of the Thule ‘active with kids’ products are developed to make it easier for parents to enjoy an active life,” according to Shane Stiffle, marketing manager for GoActive Outdoors, which distributes Thule in Australia.

Focusing on cycling, there are two main categories of products, multisport trailers and child bike seats.

“Thule child bike seats are safe and easy to use, ideal for the everyday commute or the weekend adventure. We have all mounting options covered: Front mount, rack mount, frame mount and trailers,” Shane said.

The Thule Yepp Nexxt Mini, which mounts in front of the rider, suits old quill-style head stems, as well as newer ahead steerers.

For rear mounting seats, Thule offer rack mount and frame mount options such as the classic Thule RideAlong or the Thule Yepp Nexxt Maxi that combines new, contemporary styling with the range’s premium comfort and easy use. Both models have Thule’s patented bike installation system, which enables the seats to be quickly and securely fitted, then detached with a single click.

The Thule Yepp Nexxt Maxi’s universal attachment works well with most genuine and aftermarket rear racks.

The Thule Yepp Nexxt Maxi and Mini provide high levels of comfort for pint-sized passengers and come in a range of six colours fitting for their mid to premium-range markets.

Both are made with easy-to-clean, water-repellent materials and have Thule’s unique magnetic buckle, so the child can be quickly secured and ready to go.

Thule Courier Trailer

“Thule’s recent addition of the Thule Courier to its trailer range “offers not only a comfortable kids bike trailer, but a specific cargo and pet-friendly solution to the market,” Shane said.

The Thule Courier shares the same system as the Thule Chariot range and the Thule Coaster XT to easily attach to the bike.

And just like those models, the Thule Courier can, with little effort, convert into a stroller.

“Thule trailer models have several different configurations, from stroller to trailer, jogger, and even ski and hiking,” Shane added.

With a mid to premium price range, Thule offers cost-effective solutions for customers who are particularly safety conscious but also want easy-to-use options.

The Thule Courier’s $1,499 retail price places it between the Thule Coaster XT baseline model and the more premium Thule Chariot range.

Retailers and their customers are supported by Thule’s industry-leading, Australia-based customer service team for spare parts and warranty support.

The Thule rear child seats range from $219 for the Thule RideAlong to $369 for the Thule Yepp Nexxt Maxi. The front mounted Thule Yepp Nexxt Mini’s retail for $299.
